1 apple
9 cashews
3 rice cakes
3/4 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds and hemp hearts
1 banana
4 stalks of celery
2 tbsps hummus
1 mug cake

    What is a hemp heart? Any good? Were all the last ingredients put in a shake or something?
    I keep on simply restricting all day until like 9 pm and then end up going for whatever’s fast, and I need to find something new but healthy. I’m getting out of control.

  5. I agree that ignorance is bliss….I have never heard of a mug cake, but I have to admit it looks more than yummy, and kinda, well, worth it!
